		<description>So true, I think most of us would corroborate this fact. I was pretty successful in keeping my weight under control. I am back at eating frequently but small portions in a day. I will keep you all posted how it goes.</description>

USDA has a downloadable nutrition database where you can look up calories and nutrition info for a huge range of foods if you are buying foods that don&#039;t come in a labeled box.</description>
