I'm with you...I hate repetition, whether its foods or exercise. I have more fun dancing around the living room and throwing toys for the dogs or playing tug of war with them than I do when I try to do the same exercise DVD even a couple of days a week.

I read several years ago that you should ask yourself if what you're putting in your mouth is a 10 (on a scale of 1 to 10). I've found that I can skip lots of treats because when I think about it, they're only a 6 or so and I'm just looking for something to munch on. It also helps me keep fewer treats at home. Rather that buying large bags of M&Ms, I can buy just a few chocolates at See's and feel like it's something special as I truly enjoy each one.

Great advice and so true. Losing is easy, but keeping it off is the trick. I like the hint about mixing it up! Thanks, I'm certainly going to try that one as I struggle to lose the last ten pounds.
